Faith in Place to Host Annual Green Team Summit this October

Faith in Place, an organization working with diverse religious congregations in Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin to promote environmental justice, is hosting its annual Green Team Summit October 8-11.

Our Wesley Green Team invites you to watch together the keynote speaker’s message on October 8th. Leah Thomas, a leading voice in the environmental justice movement, will give her speech titled "Bridging the Divide: Intersectionality in Environmentalism".

Copper Creek Church (2202 Curtis Road, Champaign) will host viewers in this area on October 8 at 4:30 PM. If interested, please go to www.greenteamsummit.org and register for the event (free).
