Wesley is known for outstanding music, engaging preaching, and our beautiful sanctuary. We try to plan worship services which speak to the head and the heart. You should experience encouragement and guidance for your spiritual journey.

Dr. Howard L. White, Senior Pastor/Director, preaches 30 - 35 times a year with Associate Pastor, Rev. Dan King Crede and Campus Minister, Rev. Rob Kirby each preaching frequently. Pastor Dave Dickey, Christian Education and Youth, leads children's worship in Sunday School most weeks and preaches occasionally at morning services. We also schedule outstanding guest preachers from time to time.

In 2007, scripture selections for worship will generally come from the Revised Common Lectionary, a three-year cycle of readings used in a large number of Christian churches.

Though we usually focus on one or two readings each week, you may prepare for worship by reviewing all four selections for each Sunday. Each week's readings can be found on the "Worship" page of the General Board of Discipleship: www.gbod/worship.
