Meets Saturday Mornings (with exceptions for some football games)

If you’re looking to get in shape physically and spiritually, this is the right group for you.
The main group meeting is on Saturday mornings at the ARC. The meeting begins with a short devotion and then breaks into small walk, jog, or run groups. Due to the football schedule, the meeting time and place may be changed.
The goal of the fall semester is to develop basic fitness in a comfortable environment of spiritually supportive small groups.
In the spring, the group members will build off of their basic fitness to training for the Illinois Marathon – whether that be the 5k, 10k, half marathon, or full marathon. Contact Adam acfaust@illinois.edu for full details.
