Peace with Justice award nominations due June 17th

The Social Action Ministry would like to witness to the ways God is working through Wesley members to transform the world. Social justice work advances the interests of the marginalized by promoting the reform of inequitable social systems, with emphasis not on equal individual opportunity but fair social outcomes. If you are inspired by the way a Wesley member has incorporated social justice into her/his spiritual disciplines, please place those names with pertinent details about the person’s social justice activities, in the Social Action Ministry mailbox by June 17th.

The Peace with Justice award will be presented at both services on Sunday, June 24th.
